REGARDING LAND ACQUISITION FOR POLAVARAM PROJECT

we have some of the land in the name of forefathers.... and got notification in news paper for land acquisition. my grand family shifted to another place. and the land in tribes place. the settlement order in 1985 was on our name and the pattadar pass book and andangal copy is under another people. they did some fraud by changing thier names on records but the settlement is on my grand father name.. let me know the procedure to get out from this situation. and the record is not under fair adangal.

as per your query the land is not in your possession and it is not clear that when it was changed and the land belongs to tribes or not and you stated that not the land is acquiring by the government uneder land acquisition by issuing notification
