Redevelopment of pagadi building

We are staying in pagadi building 65 years old
in mulund east. Our building
Is under mumbai high court
because of within the family of landlord dispute.
We tenant want to go for redevelopment. Lanlord is not co operative
pls advice
of the building is under dispute, it is highly impossible for the tenants to go for redevelopment. redevelopment will require every member to be agreeable for the same. however, when majority of the members are agreeing to the same you may proceed for self redevelopment.
