Provisions for taking the actual measuring of land

I bought a piece of land measuring 4 satak from a land owner. But when I mutated I found only 3.4 satak. How can I get the actual?
in this case you can approach the office of local tehsildar . you can give him an application for the measurement of land. he will alot the measurement of the land to a lekhpal. the lekhpal will coordinate with you for the measurement of your land.
