Procedure to retain the possession from the tenant not coming back

The tenant of my premises has not been living in the premises, but has kept his belongings, locked and has left without any information to me. His where abouts are not known. My e-mails, SMS messages are not answered. Even the registered letter sent to his home/permanant address is returned back with remarks "Unclaimed". The rental agreement expired in March 2017. What is to be done now to get possession of the premises? Please adv. Thanks
Your entitle to get back the property after expired the Agreemnet did you informed him already, then need to be evict the house his tenent not available ..such take a legal action against him..lodge the missing complaint then proceed the next procedure
