Procedure to file a suit of eviction and repayment of rent

Well , We have a goo down and it was given for rent. We both had a rental agreement for 8 years . He run his business successfully for 3.5 years , all of sudden he was dragged to loss. since then on words he is not paying rent any more. He is unable to pay current bill to electricity deportment. after a great anticipation of 8 - 9 months we are asking him to repay the rent .. he is refusing ... we really get waxed with the person.. we would like to vacate him .. What should we do now?

Firstly you have to send him a legal notice for eviction against him and then you can file case against him for arrears of rent and wilful default. If he is contesting the case he would have to pay first the arrears of rent before the main eviction case. Call us through website for assistance
