Partnership with third party for maintenance if subleasing not allowed

26-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Hello, So a company A has leased a shop to a company B. The contract specifically bars subleasing. Can the company B form a partnership with company C to transfer its liability of managing the venue in lieu of a fixed amount and/or share in income? Will such a partnership require a renewal of contract with A? Thank you

Firstly whether it's partnership in percentage then things are bit different.
Secondly does the contract allow partnership rights or not ?
What all rights are with the lessee ?
What all rights are available with the landlord ?
Executed contract for renting the property needs to be accessed properly.
Better visit some lawyer with the copy of contract.
