Office space locked by tenant, tenant fled and rent not paid.

A tenant company has fled away and it's 2 months now along with the keys and haven't paid the rent and electricity for previous 4 months. Should I unlock the premises by myself
If your tenancy period is active then you could face legal consequences for unlocking the premises without court order.
Either wait for them or approach the hon'ble court for possession of the said premises.
