Need to evict tenant from my property

I have given my 2 bhk flat in Kalamboli for rent to a married couple on 1st June 2019. I have a 11 month agreement done which ends on 31st May 2020. But now i want my flat for self occupation and hence i have served notice to the tenant that I want you to quit the premises by 31st Jan 2020 else I would file eviction suit against you. The tenant was late at paying rent each month and now they have stopped paying rent from last month.
Please let me know how to evict the tenant from my flat. How much time would it take for me to get eviction orders from Court ? What would be the cost of filing petition in court ? Can I lodge police complaint if the tenant defaults to pay rent for continues 3 months and continues to stay in flat even after the tenancy has been expired after 31st Jan 2020 as per my notice issued to them ?

1. You will have to send a legal notice first;
2. If he does not respond then you have to file an eviction suit;
3. You cab file an NC but cannot file an FIR;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps
