Main tentent hu aur apni famly ke sath rehti hu yaha pe ek aur tenent rehti hai jo aksar ladkiya aur ladke ate hai just like sex racket type kaam hota hai.jo ye bat landlord janta b hai bt koi action nhi lia jata hai ..ulta hm logo ko fasane ki dhamki b dete hai ye log 70-75 age k couple hai.. Mujhe samjh nhi aa raha hai mujhe kya karna chaiye plz suggest me
file a police complaint against the same and if the police doesn't take any action then file a complaint in the court of chief judicial magistrate under sec 156(3) Cr.Pc.
