I am tenant of Glada depart.now my Shop is acquire by NHAI95.in my Shop back vacant land of Glada.iwant to alternative site from glada.to continue my busines.any law.

There is no provisions in the rent act, which grants any right to tenant to get the alternative site/shop from landlord in case the rented shop acquired, demolished with operation of law. However you can claim compensation from land acquisition collector by filing your objections before passing of award by him on account of rehabilitation.
