Legal action against landlord's claim to pay other tenant's light bill

MY flat no 302 light bill rs2000 nov-dec flat holder forcing to pay 301 flat bill rs 5132 by saying that wire r wrong connected why we pay
You are liable to pay until and unless the bill is for the flat for which it's generated. Either you can do settlement with owner or get proof from electricity company . In this case you will not be able to do anything legally.
