Hi sir, I live in New Delhi and have a property in Siliguri which I want to rent out. Can I execute a leave and license agreement on a Delhi Stamp paper? Will it be legally binding?
no you have to execute it in siliguri over notary otherwise the jurisdictional issue may arise and the cause of action issue will turn upside down if in future there are any issues you need to understand the technicalities of law rather than the convinience part which you are actually inclined to
