For payment of stamp duty challan. Its asking for Details of claimant and executant. Who is a claimant and who is an executant in the Lease deed. Is the Tenant or Lessee the Claimant and property owner or Lessor the executant. I am the Tenant and I want to get the lease deed registered at Sub Register office. I have taken the 100rs Non-Judicial stamp paper on my name.
