Lanlord rights to restrict movement of tenant assets

01-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Are there circumstances where a lanlord can foreably confiscate assets of the tenant? If so, What are the steps the landlord must perform, or demonstrate claims to be able to take such an action. Notice of termination of lease has been provided. Deposit with landlord covers balance to rent till lease expiration leaving a balance. Landlord is trying to extract rent and not return deposit in these times. An restricting movement of assets to achieve that.

Dear Sir.. Landlord has to file evacuation suit in order to take the possession of his property.. If he is restricting your movement then you have to take legal action against him.. He is having no right to confiscate your assets..
