Landlord is missing and not returning security deposit wants to evict

Helo sir/Mam, we want to evict the house but land lord is not ready to return the amount and he is missing.. where to send legal notice know one knows where he stay's.. only brokers are interacting with him and he is demanding only if some tenant comes for 3.5 lakh will retutn the deposit amount

You have to file a suit for money recovery against the owner and before that issue legal notice to the owner to the address which is mentioned in your rent agreement. If he s not receiving the notice then take paper publication and get the court order.
