Landlord increasing rent what to do

Owner asked Me to increase the rent I told that we will go as per agreement. Now I am giving 6800 he asking 15000 it is not possible to give such rent.I have put a case in court in2015 Sep till now I do not pay rent.owner has putted in e p now I was to pay 150000 now wt I have to do I dont have money
As there was a rental agreement, land lord cannot fix a rent unilaterally provided by the said clause in the rent agreement entered by both of you. if you are not accepting the ratio of enhancement of rent , then you can file a petition before the jurisdictional rent controller court for fixation of fair rent. Before that you have to sent a reply legal notice thro an advocate to your land lord for not accepting the enhancement.
