Landlord deducted unwanted amount from my security deposit

My landlord (gurgaon haryana)has deducted damage amount from my security deposit. I asked my renewed agreement thrice from my landlord, he made excuses, now when i vacated the place, i wanted to have my renewed agreement and a note on that i paid all my dues. He deducted the amount for the lights which were off from before and my landlord use to enter in my absence with a duplicate key. for a electricity consumption as per bill he had 8.52/unit but he used to charge me 10.20/- i want compensation for the 12 months i gave the bill, before vacating i left my goods that i asked him i will take next day, but i found half items. I want to file a cheating fir, goods missing and harassment case

You can send him a legal notice to your ex-landlord demanding the refund of security deposit. After that you can file a civil recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court. Also, you can register a FIR for theft of missing items.
