Landlord asking to leave the commercial property after 60 years

We had a comercial property but due to some financial problem my grandfather had to sell the property and at that time we had taken a shop on rent the shop measurement is 8*8 , after being their for over 60 years now he is telling to leave and not giving any compensation money shoul we leave it or put case on him
if you consult your lawyer and armed with these recent judgments show this to your tenant, he may be prepared to be more amenable to moving now.becouse we need to verify your agreement and it is more then 60 years you have lots of benefits
