Landlord and Adhoc committee delaying ownership process

1) I am a tenant under pagdi system. 4 yrs back landlord sold the building to tenants. We paid the money. The final process of registration of tenants to owners is still pending and its been 4 yrs now the process hasnt end. What shall we do? 2) He is not taking any responsibility of the nuisance happening in the building , be it cleanliness, noise pollution, littering or commercial and common space encroached. what shall we do? In meantime adhoc committee incharge are also not paying serious heed to point above point no 2.
This is my response to you:
1. You should send the landlord a legal notice;
2. If he still does not listen then take action against him to the Rent Controller as per the Maharashtra Rent Control Act;
3. Last step is to approach the civil court and take legal action;
4. Consult a local lawyer and show him/her documents.
