01-Nov-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I have bought land through registration, but someone is claiming that he had already entered into an agreement 6 years ago. Is that agreement valid after 6 years? Plz respond sir
doea the 3rd party who is claiming that he got an agreement has shown the documents to you. if not dont bother. but your is a sale deed. let the 3rd party show his agreement. basing on the recitals of thr agreement only one can tell. the validity of an agreement is only 3 years.
