House occupied by tenant after completing rent agreement time period

My father is a senior citizen . He rented his house for period of 11 months. After completing time period tenant were asked to move somewhere . He did not pay attention then my father filled a case. against him . Now 90 days completed filling a case no hearing happened because court was close on that dates. Tenant did not submit his answer against the case. My lawyer told if answer is not submitted then case will be one sided . Now he changed his words . We want to move case in to fast track court . Plz advise me on that what should we do. Should we change our lawyer too.

You can change counsel that's not a tough job.
It seems the counsel is not moving fast.
If you are in very hurry then get the case on fast track by the directions of some higher court.
Better you contact some lawyer.
If you wish you can contact summer lawyer who puts your case on fast track
