Gratutious licence eviviction suit

I have filed a suit for eviction under sec41 of pscc.my case was for evicting the licence who was allow to stay by my father since 1994.but during the stay application hearing licencee has produced a bank passbook of 1988 and a ratio card of 1993.what should I do.?will it affect my suit and stay application?

1. Is he trying to claim adverse possession?
2. Is he filing for claim on the property?
3. Please provide further details;
4. The ration card and bank passbook does not make him an owner;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
