FOR THE CONTINUATION OF LEASE DEED
26-Oct-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I am an school manager and my school runs in rented building. the lease deed is up to five years( to say 2015 to 2020) and had oral assurance from the landlords for ten years. based on their oral assurance school obtained provisional recognition for ten years to say till 2025. Now the landlords want to sell the property and ask me to vacate the premise when the duration of five years completed ; to say on February 2010. school will be in a great loss if vacated in this juncture.
Do we have any possibility to continue for five more years?
you can file suit for injunction by producing all the relevant particulars like provisional recognition and all you should be able to say that wilfully the landlord has no necessity to ask for vacating the property.
