Facing issues of repair charges being levied

Hello, i am a tenant located in hubli, recently we have faced a issue with our landlord in regards to drainage cleaning, landlord has made a bond stating 250 and below repairs to be done by tenant and now this drainage cleaning is costing around 2500 and landlord is asking us to pay or asking us to vacate premises immediately.. kindly assist
in this case you need to look upon the terms of the contract. all the clauses related to the repair and other extra charges are mentioned in the lease agreement clause. all the terms will be governed as per the terms of the agreement. if it says that you have to pay the maintenance changes then you have to pay or vacate the premises
