Compensation for not repairing the leaking house.

Hi, I am staying in a 1BHK home from the last 11 years in Gayatrinagar, Bengaluru. My rented house has got cracks in the walls and it's been leaking during rainy season. I have informed my landlord about it with pictures taken. Also shown him personally. It's almost an year, there is no repair has done. Now, I have informed him that I am vacating this house. I need the compensation for the problem I have faced because of not maintaining the house in proper condition. Can you please help?
