Can a tenant be vacated due to worst stability condition of building?
Yes, in general, the tenant can be evicted for poor maintenance of the property leased out. Check the lease agreement to see if there is an appropriate clause. If so, arrange to issue a legal notice to the tenant asking for immediate vacant possession. If no response, file a suit for eviction.
