Can a landlord deny visitors to the tenant

One of my relatives landlord suddenly msgs at night to him that if your friends are coming at night you have to vacate the house .there were no noise ,nor any party nor any drinks nor any complaint from neighbour. He only states why your friends should come to your house .the house is only given to you why your friends are coming .please advise if we take a house on rent in bangalore can't friends and families visit and stay at our house . is there any legal problem
Sir, the land lord will give it on rental base to your family, ie. wife and children. If relatives come, may stay with you for 2 or 3 days, if you keep them with you, is not burden to owner. So, nothing wrong by land lord.
