Builder is not giving rented shop

sir, i rent my shop to a businesses man five years back.A legal agreement paper was signed between us(for five years).But now problem is that the businessman unwilling to give back the shop to me.what i do sir?pls help me with yours kind information.
As you had an agreement for Five years and Upon the expiry of the agreement, the tenancy automatic becomes a month-to-month tenancy terminable upon a notice to the said effect. If the tenant refuses to vacant the premises despite the expiry of the notice period, remedy lies in a suit for eviction.
