AFTER FATHER DEATH LANDLORD TOLD ME MY MOTHER AND 1 BROTHER IS NOT LIVING IN THE ROOM.
THE RENT RECEIPT IS MY FATHER NAME
WHAT WE CAN DO ?
This is my response to you:
1. Your landlord should transfer the rent receipts in the name of the legal heir living in the apartment;
2. Your landlord should also execute the rent agreement in favour of your legal heirs;
3. If the landlord is not doing so then send a legal notice;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
