Wrongful termination of employment what to do

I was contractual employee being hired by hr agency for project of central government, hired for 1 year but my employer and hiring agency terminate me without any notice says performance is not good . I am on manager position. Govt gives recruitment selection work to hr agency but my higher reporting officer appointed some person in this project by taking money and appoint some of his relatives, hiring agency is also involved in this fraud. I report this to CEO of project but he didn't take any action,also complaint to pmo office that they are taking money in appointments in project of digital India but it is still pending since 2 month, higher officer doesn't have any fear appoint one person in my place, newly appointed person does not fulfill the selection criteria but he is working by supporting of higher office Please help me what can I do to show there corruption How can approach to higher authority, I reported to modi JI Twitter but no respond. taken money in appoint of manager.

You should file an RTI asking the qualifications of the person appointed at the post which you have mentioned; whether due process has been followed while appointing such person and who is the appointing authority. Wait for the reply and accordingly take action.
