Wrongful Termination Based on Incorrect Manager's Feedback

Hi! Experts... I have been working in an MNC for more than 5 years. I have a excellent work record with dozens of appreciations and feedback . In my performance discussion, my manager documented false feedback of my performance in terms of quality and work timings . Which I challenged by providing facts in terms of good feedback and appreciation emails from project owners. I also stated that I am enjoying flexi-hours as a privilege given to all team members. Why you accusing me 4 wrong work timings. HR also took her favour and told me in 2016 and 2017 my performance was low and hence we are asking you to move on. I said why you taking action in 2019 , coz from 2016 - 2019 I have awards and appreciation letters, which they are completely ignoring. In June 2019, I did a project and my team member declared that those who worked on team will get 5K vouchers. All members got vouchers except me. This is bias behaviour and have hurt my emotions. Can I take legal action against them.
