My employer has withheld my relieving letter and full and final settlement, which is affecting my ability to find a new job. I believe I have been wrongfully terminated due to false allegations made against me by colleagues. Well, you can file a case in the concerned City Civil Court to recover your Outstanding Salary along with Interest. But before filing such a case, you can send a Legal Notice to the opposite party first. If things won't work out from sending legal notice, then, think about filing a case.
