Wrongful Termination and Withholding of Relieving Letter & F&F.

17-Sep-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was recently terminated from my job without any written proof or evidence of wrongdoing. My employer has withheld my relieving letter and full and final settlement, which is affecting my ability to find a new job. I believe I have been wrongfully terminated due to false allegations made against me by colleagues. How can I proceed legally to challenge this termination and recover my relieving letter and settlement? What are my options under labor law in Maharashtra, and can I file a complaint o

Well, you can file a case in the concerned City Civil Court to recover your Outstanding Salary along with Interest. But before filing such a case, you can send a Legal Notice to the opposite party first. If things won't work out from sending legal notice, then, think about filing a case.
