Wrong termination of employment

01-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Innovapptive has 3 month notice policy. I resigned on 25th Feb after serving for a year and employer relieved me on 28th Feb without paying for 3 months and didn't give employment as well. They refer their terms&conditions of employment which says, if the employee resigns at will, company has the right to relieve them sooner and is not liable to pay for notice period. Is this valid under labour law?

hi
it appears that you are working in private sector. if your salary is above Rs20000 per month, labour laws will not apply.
in your case, contract act will apply in which case, the employer is at liberty to relieve you sooner in case you choose to resign.
