Writ dismissed in court without valid ground what can be done

sir I filed a writ against forced labour under article 23 specifying the violations illegal acts done with rule numbers by the postal authorities.Ambedkar says writ is the heart and soul of the constitution.But the judge whom many advocates describe as arbitrary dismissed the case without admitting.The other judge was watching.Should I appeal.What can be done to eradicate such things?
Dear Sir/Madam,
First, your affidavit should be persued. if it is filed before the single judge, then appeal will lie before the Bench. if your writ petition has been filed before the bench like PIL, then appeal should be perferred before the Supreme Court or review should be filed before the same bench which will depend upon your case and the order.
