Writ Certiorari and Article 12

I was working in a Private company I was dismissed by the company by 1st suspending me than Issuing Charge Sheet, than Appointing Inquiring officer, than Preliminary Enquiry after finding by the inquiring officer I was dismissed by Disciplinary Authority. Now i want to challenge My dismissal in High Court by Writ Certiorari against quasi-judicial Authority (my Inquiring Officer), but my lawyer told me that Article 12 may come into the picture as I was employed by a Private company.
Whether I can file Writ Certiorari in the High Court under per Article 226 in the High court. Please give specific answer
Hi first of all u can file it in Hc where what had happened and all what does the court order say and all what is the function of the company will they give u salary and all what did they tell u before they had been and all u Can file it in Hc and SC also Where u can tell the court everything an andnall
