Sir, I am working with a lawyer since 15 years as a stenographer. Can I entitled to all benefits like bonus, overtime, pf, esi etc. like a regular employee. Please advise me. Thanks
no, sir you are not entitled to any such benefits as you are under private employment and there is no written contract between you and the lawyer. You can negotiate the terms of payment with him and ask him to pay you more then what you are getting from him but legally you cannot
