Working in small Pvt firm employer not giving salary on time

I am working in a small pvt firm for last 3month but they are not giving the salary in time & has not given the salary of september so as i have some stock with me i told them to clear my salary & take the stock.but now they have taken a legal route.what should i do?
You have chosen the wrong path.For non payment of your salary and legal dues by your employer , you can report to the authority under the payment of wages Act.Please arrange to return belongings of your employer under acknowment the receipt of those things from your employer's end otherwise criminal liability shall be thrust upon you.For recovery of unpaid salary you may contact me through Lawrato.
