Are you asking whether there are complications in starting your business? Well, of course, there are always complications involved in starting your business. With regard to deciding on an Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or a Private Limited Company (Pvt Ltd), I would always advise on starting a Private Limited Company, as the process is more established, and it is easier to transfer shares in a Private Limited company, which is something you would have to do in case your startup receives investor funding.
