Working in Private bank, terminated without hearing where to approach

I was working with a private sector bank in managerial capacity . I have been terminated without giving an opportunity of inquiry or hearing , can I approach High court to quash the termination order . or tell me the appropriate forum where I can file a case against the employer .
as the bank as not put you on notice or any other departmental inquiry was conducted against you during this period. as the termination is illegal on the part of the bank. you can approach the high court under article 226 and also file a complaint against the bank in the labour court as well.
