The Manager of your company is forcing you to resign because he wants to escape from the obligation of giving you Three Months Notice as such if you can survive with the company's atmosphere , you should try to continue in the organization settling amicably the scores with your manager.Substantial advice can be provided after looking into your appointment letter for any legal action.

Dear Concerned,

If your employment letter mentions notice period as 3 months from both of the sides in that case they can not force your to leave, for that matter if they say they will terminate you , please check the clause of termination in your employment letter they can not go out of the termination clause - hence they will have to mention the reason of termination and the said can be challenged in the court. It is suggested to speak with them that you will serve your notice period of three month and then will resign or else company should pay severance package to you for such illegal termination. Best of luck

Dear Client,
It is advised to bring the details of the case. It is quite difficult to provide a suitable solution without knowing the issue involved. However employer and empolyee will be bound by the terms of the agreement which was signed at the time of your appointment.
