Working in Income Tax dept through a unregistered firm what status

Respected sir i am doing job in income tax department amritsar since 8 years as Data entry operator through a unregistered partnership firm. The said firm neither deducted ESI nor PF only deducted TDS @10%. The main thing is that employer doing job as employees in their unregistered firm. Respected sir now i want to know that my whole service/Job which i did in income tax department amritsar goes to the income tax department or Unregistered firm means m employee of the department or firm?????????
