I am working in delhi govt hospital last 8years i thekhedari now last 6months i work in hospital in daily wages can i file any case of hospital for pramnant job plz help me
No, the law on this is rather settled. The Courts cannot pass any order directing a daily wage employee to be made permanent. However, you may file representation with your Department with respect to equal pay for equal work.
