Working as third party payroll not entitled for gratuity what to do

Dear Sir/Madam i am working as a third party payroll on teamlease last nine years but i am not entitle for gratuity because company gave me one month break after 4.5 years can i entitled for gratuity and absorption for regular employee. I am first employee of company in IT department now company recruited 10 employee on regular basis but i am still third party payroll.my salary is not enough to survive daily life. Please suggest me sir .heartly thanks in advance.

Dear sir,
You can absolutely get regularisation. The supreme court has given a very good judgement on the issue of equal work equal pay.
Further i have filed many such petitions before the hon'ble high court . The court has granted interim relief in all such cases.
