If I work for an outsourcing company (KPO). Can I individually work in a similar profile as my company does, as a freelancer or as forming my own proprietorship?
You can work provided the contract with your employer permits you to. Kindly go through your contract, letter of appointment etc. If however there is no such contract or understanding you can always undertake your own work.
