Worked with LIC in 1989 want to know what are the new orders of CGIT ?

I have worked with LIC as temporary Assistant for a period of 80 days in 1989 in two splits with a break. As per the new CGIT Order did the LIC make the above candidate as a permanent staff or not ? Or they will conduct written test/interview for the appointment. Pls. clarify.
If your are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
