Worked on temporary basis now can i get permanent employment

I had worked as typist at idar branch of lic since 21/7/84 to15/10/84. 90 day.i apply for tamilnadu high court judgment.but my joining date is before. What can I do please guide me. Temporary assistant class III Employes
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
