Worked in LIC as temporary assistant can I get permanent job

Dear Sir, I have worked with LIC as temporaray Assistant for a period of 120+80 =200 days before 1993 to 1995. As per the new CGIT Order did the LIC make the above candidate as a permanent staff or not ? Or they will conduct written test/interview for the appointment. Pls. clarify.
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
