Worked as driver for CA can I ask for gratuity or pension on leaving

31-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

I worked as a personal driver for a CA(he works in a private company) for 10 years and he use to pay me some amount every month. Now he wants me to leave the job as he doesn't needs me anymore and the fact is that it would not be easy for me to leave the job as that was my livelihood. I wanted to know if there is any law that would help me to get something like gratuity, pension or service fees from the employer? Also I'm sure that the CA guy got much more monthly wages from his employer than what he paid me every month. It would be highly appreciable if you can help

You can file a case with the labour court and seek your reinstatement and dues.
