Work place harassment by school in-charge

I have worked as a teacher in a pvt school in Surat. After resigning from the school when I asked for a n experience certificate, they have issued me a letter showing my termination from the school with effect from.31.05.2017. have complained to national commission for women briefing the whole incident on 15.06.2017. But till today I have not received any reply from their end. Now what should I do? Shall I write to HRD ministry about this.?

But till the time, employees and workers do not become aware of their fundamental employee rights, it is almost impossible for the law and order system to protect them from the offensive employer activities. Also the workers of any company, factory or organization should have mutual integrity which will help them fight such issues more effectively.
