Sir, I am a fresher for industry.I joined a company in the month of Feb 2016.company taken my interview for different project but they put me into different project and after putting into different project they are not providing me any work and put me on stand from Feb to current date.I am toally harrashed sir .they are spoiling my future . I also talk to my manager and my associate director but they are not responding to me. plz provide me way to file a case against them. Thanku sir
If you had a detailed appointment letter/ employment agreement with your employer outlining your duties, department, projects etc., then you can try to negotiate with the employer. If the nature of your work or job profile was not clearly discussed, then it will be difficult to defend your position. Alternatively you can also seek termination of employment and resign and join another company.
